'What a great surprise! Hotel was extremely nice with ample free parking onsite . The rooms were very European with all amenities and comfortable. The staff is so very helpful giving us excellent choices of where to go for dinner and they were also genuinely helpful and wanted our stay to be pleasant. We asked for an additional blanket and someone delivered it within a few minutes. Service is EXCELLENT! Will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we visit St. Augustine.'

'First off, the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever met! Big shoutout to them! If you wanna see Saint Augustine this is the best hotel there is. Even the hop on hop off stops right at the hotel so that saves parking and driving! '

'Very friendly people! Close to one of the trolley stops (Sebastian Winery). I loved my time there and would recommend to everyone. Only downside is the amount of parking but that was pretty much it. Clean rooms, and friendly people!! I am definately going back.'

'Bij aankomst waren ze heel vriendelijke en verontschuldigen dat ze alleen een kamer op de 1ste verdieping hadden, daar ik met krukken liep. De kamer werd elke dag schoon gemaakt. Alleen bij heb onbijt gebruiken ze over al in Amerika plastic en foom bekers, wat niet er mileu vriendelijke is. '

'Friendly personnel, nice environment. There is a train track pretty close behind the hotel that causes noices. Don’t know whether they will pass by at night also. Let’s hope not. Rooms are noisy. You can hear the neighbours television.'

'Another paid/only parking charge of $15. irritating. Hilton hotel is coming all varieties, this one is near the bottom. Old, tired, and not inexpensive.'

'The hotel was great, staff incredibly nice and helpful. I was able to upgrade to a beach side room which was more money but the view was amazing. I do think it is ridiculous to have to pay for parking at a hotel just because it’s on a beach. '

'This is a perfect little spot to spend a few days at the beach. Super friendly staff! The breakfast cant be beat!'

'The suite was super clean and comfortable. You’re within walking distance to the old St. Augustine. The only issue we had was the fact that you hear everything above and below you. There were quite a few kids there when we stayed and they were early risers and very noisy. But overall great place to stay. '
