'Great condo, clean and spacious. Nice view overlooking the lake. Short walk to the beach and to the community pools. The kitchen was well equipped for eating in if needed. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The host, Amy was very helpful and quickly replied to any questions we had.'

'Unfortunately the fire alarm went off.We were in a handicap room. They did not have a plan. Security was to assist it but there was no security at that time of day.They were nonchalant since they knew there was no fire. Guest s did not know that and there is no PA system.If there was a fire it could have been disastrous. Hotel is fine and respects the era. '

'Property was very nice, short walk to the beach but perfect for what we needed it for. Pool was nice, downside is that they are strict on closing the pool at dusk, cant even walk through it as needed to get to the ocean at night so you have to walk around the buildings if you want to walk the ocean at night. Other then that it was perfect and still worth the 5 star rating. I think my favorite feature is the bigger then king sized bed. Sooooo much room makes me want one at home but the girlfriend...

'We had everything we needed or wanted in the condo and every drawer and cabinet were so well organized. Not like some that looked like the host made a trip to the thrift store just to load up. Everything was exceptional. Even the beds were comfortable. As for Susan, the host, her communication was thorough, detailed and frequent. Nothing left to guess about. We have rented in the same facility and this was by far the best experience. She made getting into the unit a breeze. Susan went well...

'The host was welcoming. However , the place had an odor of trash coming from what appeared to be next door. There were people smoking next to us on balcony evwn though it said No Smoking. There was enough hot water in the mornig. But only enough for one shower in the evening . The sofa and chair need replaced . They are smelly . The safe is old and bent up and you cant even use it ! We literally had to listen to a domestic situation from 0230 to 0530 am. One that involved the police . ...
