'Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep. 'The place is very nice. It’s obviously been remodeled, not too long ago I believe it originally this was a motel of sorts and the rooms were converted to individual efficiency apartments great view of the beach. The only complaint really, and it was not my understanding when I read it completely so it’s on me. The air conditioning is only set at one temperature. You can only turn it on and off to regulate so I wish each unit had its own unit. But would stay again'

'Great little place. Space was clean and had most everything we needed. A first aid kit and noticeable fire extinguisher would’ve been appreciated, but we made due and had a great time. Location is close to everything. Bed was comfy. Linens were plenty and clean. Biggest issue was parking with the main house also being no a rental. The guests in the other house had us blocked in a couple of times and if I hadn’t run into them to coordinate parking, it could’ve gotten pretty annoying since I...
