'The hotel is dirty! The carpet looks so aged and dirty! The rooms need deep cleaning, there were hair and dirty sarong the bed that were touching the walls. The room was ok clean! Not what I expected from Best Western Plus, disappointed! However, the 2 morning staff we had interactions with were amazing. Not sure what the gentleman’s name at check out was but he was so friendly and would probably put a smile on a person that was upset! The lady that was working the breakfast also drove...

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.'
