'We all had a great time. The property was perfect for our needs and almost exactly as described. Plenty of space for everyone. Our only small advice to those booking here is to know that the game room only has old NES-style simulators and no modem gaming systems. We also had to provide our own charging cables for those systems or they wouldn't have worked. (Thank goodness my husband had what was needed in his tech bag.) If we'd known to bring our own gaming systems, the game room would have been...

'First, this home is the perfect location but it is just beyond beautiful as well. Spotlessly cleaned and every amenity you could ask for. Beyond those things, the hosts knew it was my birthday and had a cake and a birthday card waiting for me when we arrived. 'We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

'We had the best time! The home is exactly as described, very clean, and literally everything we needed! The owner thought of everything! We were welcomed with a very thoughtful gift basket that immediately made us feel right at home! The pool & Hot Tub are amazing and those sunsets are spectacular! We got to watch the dolphins play one morning while lounging in the pool! This home is very pet friendly, there is even a cabinet with Doggy supplies making it so comfortable having our pup with us!...

'The property was nice as described on the website. The yard needed to be cut. However, I know Florida has lots of rain. So maybe the grass grew back fast. Love that all the rooms had televisions. Was in town for a family reunion. After being out to family Events, it was nice to come back to to a home like environment instead of the hotel. Enjoyed my stay.'

'This was FANTASTIC!!!! I can understand the other positive reviews now. Its not just being nice or hype. Some of us took the very short walk across South Atlantic Ave to the beach access walkway... I took the bike that was in the garage... and we drove our mobility challenged grandmother in the truck. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the homey feel of the house. The other renter out back was very nice and friendly. Its on our list for repeat.'
