They also did a nice job with a dehumidifier and filter set up. We were in town for a race - it was a great location and easy to get back and forth from the track and to restaurants along the intracoastal area. The floor is not an issue. Would definitely stay again.'

'Host was communicative and the house was good for our family of four for a few days. Small details were off - funny layout, light switches in odd places, all the lighting is florescent, the living room chandelier glares on the TV, no hand towels, rust on some bathroom fixtures, and some tiles were unfinished. Freight trains travel through the area and honk frequently throughout the nights, which woke most of us. But the AC is excellent, the kitchen is pretty well equipped, no complaints about...

'Rooms were nice size and private, house was clean, perfect size garage for us to store our bikes when we weren’t riding. Kitchen was perfect , we mainly made breakfast and ate out the other times . '

I messaged Lauren, but she didn’t reply until the following morning to advise that there were space heaters in some of the cupboards. This made for an uncomfortable stay for our 88 year old parents. 'Communication with owner, Chris, was superb. The unit was full of Florida sunshine. Beds were very comfortable. Incredibly nice fluffy and large towels. Bathrooms had shampoo and bar soap. The coffee bar was very well laid out with a keurig and coffee pot. Location is great for us. My parents live in oceans. So we walk to see them and just across the street, easy daily stroll on the beach. It’s a walkable location to the grocery, Walgreens and even putt putt. It is also very close to the...
