'This house is brimming with style and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this luxurious and historical home. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing both mornings. They catered to my food allergies, and were eager to accommodate. Our room "The Henry" was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable that I did not want to wake up! 'This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water. '

'There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. It was easy to walk to Main Street for dinner and shopping and right near the park where Cycle Mount Dora takes place. 'We have stayed at White Orchid Inn and Spa five times. It is laid back, with a fresh and clean aesthetic. Heather the innkeeper is ever present. Happy Hour is a good way for guests to meet and converse. We make it a point to use at least one of the Spa features...which are very good. The room we always request has been updated...a nice surprise. We look forward to returning. '
