Escape to our one of a kind 4-bed, 2-bath beach home, just a 5 minute stroll to the beach! This home is also walkable to a mini golf course (Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf), souvenir shops & many, many restaurants! Featuring a fun-filled Wild Florida themed game room, arcade, pool table, ping pong table, private pool, putt putt & 2-car garage. We're family-friendly & can comfortably sleep 15 with 9 total beds. *See the "Space" section for sleeping arrangements*

We are available through the app with limited availability from 12am to 6am.

Great neighborhood and neighbors. This is a tight knit community, so please be mindful and respectful of all neighbors and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay with exception to one storage closet reserved for the cleaners.

Sleeps 2. Queen hybrid mattress with a smart TV, nightstand, dresser and closet.

Sleeps 7. 1 sets of twin over twin bunkbeds, 1 set of full over full bunkbeds with a pull out twin size trundle bed underneath, Smart TV with cable package and a closet. There are drawers underneath the twin bunks and under the stair cavities for clothing storage during your stay.

Sleeps 2. Very large sofa with extra cushions to form a large, oversized sofa for lounging and using as a theater room as well as sleeping 2 people on the modular sofa bed. Large 65" Roku TV with Spectrum TV Streaming App. Arcade with over 50 games built into it. Convertible pool table/ ping pong table. Putterball putting game and mat with 2 putters and balls.

Comfortably seats 6 at dining room table 1 w/ extension leaf it can seat 8. Dining table 2 seats 4.
All pots/ pans/ silverware/ cooking utensils/ silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, drip coffee maker, french press, pour over coffee, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and pantry.

1. Located in the hallway between the 3 bedrooms. It has a tub, shower, vanity and toilet.
2. En suite bathroom located in the master bedroom with a shower, toilet and vanity. No tub in bathroom 2.

1. 2 car garage which also has 4 beach chairs for guests and a beach wagon for toting gear to the beach.
2. 4/2 with 2 car garage & parking for 3 additional cars in paver driveway // 68ft long 15ft wide

Guests can easily walk or bike to most convenience stores, shops, breakfast, lunch & dinner spots! It really is a great walkable location! The closets grocery store is Publix and it is a little over 1 mile away (3 mins driving)

A separate $30 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $225 per pet per month.

Parking for 5 cars maximum.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets.

No local guest. For your furry friends, it's $30 per pet per night.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 23 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Thursdays is when the pool technician services the pool
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 6th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 6 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
