'Check in went very smooth. Checkout was excellent were able to just take out the trash otherwise just leave everything the way it was and just lock. The door was very easy and convenient. The host reminded me on a couple of items that I forgot about which was great so overall great experience.'

'Beverlys place is not quite as advertised. I wouldn't call it 3 masters as there are jo adjoining bathrooms. The room with the bunk beds might as well be a closet with no door on it. The A/C is window shakers in some of the rooms. Our visit was a very hot 4th of July weekend. The place was very warm, one of the bedrooms had no A/C at all, just a fan. 'The property was in terrible condition. There was an electrical outlet taped on the wall. One window was taped to hold it in. All most all baseboard and facings were in need of repair and or paint. In one bead tile was hiding a hole in the floor. This property was not safe. Additionally the outside was extremely messing and cluttered It was quite a shame because the host was a nice man and the view was spectacular. It was large but poorly supplied. 'House was clean and comfortable. Easy location to all attractions. We would stay here again. Owners clean the house and you can tell because it was meticulous. Bunk beds are off common area of kitchen without a door that closed for sound/privacy. Our toddlers were so exhausted from the beach they fell asleep despite tv noise but worth noting to future families. There is a privacy screen we used that helped with light coming in. '

'The pictures show a much bigger place. The pool toys were all blown out/torn and unusable There were black flies/drain flies ALL OVER inside the house-the walls, shower, ceiling, tv. Pool was dirty which is expected since it’s not covered but bottom was pretty dirty'
