'Pet friendly , staff was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were immaculate with plenty of everything. The bed / bedding was incredibly soft. Normally I bring my own down pillows but I forgot and was quite happy to discover that the pillows at the Hyatt are excellent. Not lumpy and not flat. We would easily stay there again. The price on Expedia was actually higher than the hotel which I didn’t like but that’s nothing to do with the hotel. I will address this with Expedia.'

'Mooie kamers, schoon, vlakbij oude centrum, aardige receptie'

'Dit hotel ligt prachtig gelegen tegen het centrum aan met mooi uitzicht over de baai. Kamers zijn wat klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Parkeren voor de deur en een mogelijkheid om overdekt voor de lamer te zitten met prachtig uitzicht. Daarnaast is er een zwembad aanwezig. Er wordt ontbijt aangeboden maar dat stelt helaas heel weinig voor. Al met al een goede plek om te overnachten voor een paar dagen en te genieten van st. Augustine. '

'It was a busy weekend, we arrived for the 4th of July festivities. We parked at the garage but needed to wait a while for a space. The Carriage Way provided a card for free parking (two nights) and also gave us a gift (champagne) for the parking inconvenience! Our room was on the main floor right in the main lobby but it was surprisingly quiet. We loved all the amenities ( free water, sodas, and even red and white wine and homemade cookies). We were in the heart of the town, literally minutes...

'This hotel is just outside st Augustine. Rooms are spacious, clean and the balconies are a nice touch. Pool is on the small side, but the beach is a 2 minute walk away. Breakfast is good, service is excellent. Just across the parking lot there is a Publix, which is convenient.'

'stayed here 2 nights with my fiancé for a small getaway to St. Augustine. this hotel was conveniently close to everything which was a plus, the room was good, clean, the breakfast was ok it definitely could have had more selection but you get what you paid for. i’d definitely consider booking here again if i was in town again for a short stay.'

'I liked the simplicity of the motel and they had just the right amount of essentials to help me get by while I was there. The location was fabulous and was a great option for me as a solo traveler. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and a Publix! I appreciated that they didn’t have housekeeping services daily which allowed me to feel like my belongings that I left behind were secure and safe. I would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises again!'

'Cute little hotel if you are looking to visit St.Augustine. Not a luxury but the rooms were really clean and pretty. We were passing though and only stayed one night, however, parking was very accessible right in front of our room, and the service staff that was working that night was very nice as well. 'Hotel vlakbij de outletshops en niet al te ver van dowtown st augustine en het strand. Het hotel is recentelijk opgeknapt en heeft een frisse uitstraling. In eerste instantie was er geen kamer beschikbaar omdat we een half uur te vroeg incheckten, maar gelukkig corrigeerden ze dit na 5 minuten en was er een kamer beschikbaar. De kamer is ruim en comfortabel. Het bed is wat aan de zachte kant en de airco aan vervanging toe. '
