'Great hotel'

'There is no cleaning service in the weekend'

'Me decepciono demasiado, cuando hice la reserva por expedia decia que era pet friendly. Yo tengo un certificado de apotyo emocional de mi perra, al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que por no ser un service dog sino un emotional support teniamoss que pagar 80 dolares la noche por ella, me parece absurdo, por que en ingun momento en expidia decia eso. Me costo mas estadia del perro que la mia, muy decepcionante no lo recomiendo. Ademas el cuarto estaba lleno de polxvo, las personas no eran amables.'

'Absolutely LOVE the mattress they use!!! It cradles You with softness and comfort! The bathroom could use some updating and a better cleaning. The room Hadn’t been dusted, there was a film and I sneezed a lot because of that. I did go to the desk to ask them to clean the tub so we could shower and they sent someone immediately. All in all, the stay was an 8, great value, morning staff was very nice. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Would recommend and would stay again.'

'The room was very clean and nice! We slept peacefully and it was quiet there away from the hustle and bustle in downtown area. We were close to everything- including the beach, downtown attractions, and restaurants. Vilano beach was 6 miles from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much!😄'

'I arrived at about 2:30 PM. That is a few minutes before check in time. There was a male and a female working the counter. My room was not ready they found me a room in a few minutes. I am not sure that was what made me fill out this review. I think it was they were just so dedicated to customer service. I travel often, those 2 folks working when I arrived were a breath of fresh air for someone who has many nights in hotels. I saw the male this Am at checkout, he was as pleasant this AM...

'Hotel vlakbij de outletshops en niet al te ver van dowtown st augustine en het strand. Het hotel is recentelijk opgeknapt en heeft een frisse uitstraling. In eerste instantie was er geen kamer beschikbaar omdat we een half uur te vroeg incheckten, maar gelukkig corrigeerden ze dit na 5 minuten en was er een kamer beschikbaar. De kamer is ruim en comfortabel. Het bed is wat aan de zachte kant en de airco aan vervanging toe. '

'Unfortunately the pool was under construction ,it would have been a great asset. Other than that we had an amazing stay ! We will be returning and hopefully the pool will be up and running by then.'

'It was a fine stay. Clean and in a quiet location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Starbucks is next to the hotel for your morning coffee. I would stay here again.'

'needed a rest on a long road trip. Nice convenient was able to back right up to the door as we were only staying for one evening. Will be back in the future..'

'Overall rating and impression were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, the property is in good condition and clean, and I felt safe. However, the breakfast was very limited. Just a prepackaged muffin or honey bun, a cereal bar, and a piece of fruit. Not much of a breakfast in my opinion. The coffee at breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice, clean, and well kept. Everything was exactly as described, and you can tell the owners take great care of the property. We really enjoyed our time here and felt comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!'
