The room was nice. However, the cot had no pillow, sheets or blanket. We checked the whole room and there was nothing. We were booked for five people, and there was only three towels. They were shortstaffed so we couldn’t get what we needed.
The breakfast was not replenished at all so I went down and tried to get food, but everything was gone and they didn’t even have eggs to begin with which was odd considering what they did have. We booked it hoping to have breakfast there and since we couldn’t get it, had to go somewhere else and everywhere else at gigantic waits. Knowing it was a holiday week they should’ve planned better. They didn’t even have jelly for toast. We could’ve had potatoes and toast with no jelly. It was so bad. I literally saw someone steal a banana off someone else’s table when they weren’t looking!!!
