'We had the absolute best time at this waterfront property in Jarreau. We typically take a beach trip this time of the year, but because of our new addition ,(daughter born in May), we needed something a little easier. We stayed here for our sons 12th birthday celebration with our friends. If you’re tired of your kids staying inside, eyes glued to their devices, this is the place to take them! 'I own a camp two doors down and had my mother and father, my sister and brother in law, my two nieces with their husbands stay at this property. Extremely clean and plenty of space. My parents don’t travel much anymore but really enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend this property. My mother and father said they’d stay there and only there WHEN they visit again. '

'Our host was quick to respond and very easy to get in touch with. The house had everything that we needed and more, which wasn’t even mentioned. The back porch was amazing as was the 2 story pier. The location was also top notch as the only boat launch, convenient store, and restaurants for miles around was just a minute away. Also, to make things easier on us, we just paid to park our boat trailer at the launch during our stay. Our family can’t wait to go back! '

'My wife and our son stayed 2 nights in the flat while attending ULL orientation. Location is close to everything you need…campus…downtown…great places to eat, all within a short distance. The 2br layout with private full baths work out great. The place was clean and Tyler was easy to work with. This will be our go to when coming to visit our son at ULL.'

'Incredible property! The house is great with everything you could need including treats the hosts leave for you. Backyard and pool are a dream. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Needed to call about a small issue and they were there within the hour fixing the issue. This is our 3rd time staying here and will continue to make it a yearly trip. '

"The hotel is worn down, extremely dirty rooms (we found pubes on our bathroom wall, mold, months worth of dust, if you want I can show you pictures). The staff, apart from the maintenance guy, we're unfriendly and not willing to help. When we asked for an extra blanket we were told they don't provide these. We stayed for four days and we didn't get clean towels nor were the beds made. I did pay for all this. Never again!!! There's more options in the area, choose those!!"
