'Perfect location '

'The staff was great in check in.. the room was clean and comfortable, cool temperature, just like we like it!! Close to what we may need!'

'Not a lot of places close but restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. The town of Bunkie itself had quite a few restaurants. Pool has no water so kids kinda bummed. Breakfast was minimal. Waffles fruit cereal. Room was decent and clean. Staff was friendly. '

'Property is beautiful There is a nice bar and beautiful seating area in the bar. Beautiful historic hotel; it faces main st. and walking distance from sites.'

'I booked this listing 2 months ago. I have used Expedia for flights & stays a lot in the past, so was not hesitant to use again. I never received any emails or messages about check-in procedures. Second clue this was a false listing was I could not find the property. The address number did not exist, it lead me to a different address. The listing outside picture did match the address, so I stopped. There were several ladies going into the property, so I asked them about their stay. They said...

'Everything!!! I highly recommend this place. The grounds are accommodating with covered decking, lights, fire pit, heater, hammock, cornhole , etc.Loved the decor of the caboose and was surprised of the space. Bed was very comfy and loved that there was a little noise maker. I also got to check out the blue train, trading post, and the depot as well. Everything was awesome and tastefully done! '

'The house was perfect for what we needed.A major plus was it was 2 doors down from The Little Big Cup! Lots of room, right on the bayou. Great house! '
