'This property is an awesome vacation getaway spot. Ideally located close to Baton Rouge, with many convenience stores and local cuisine within 10-15 minutes of the house. My fiancé and I came with 4 of our kids aged 3 to 14 and had 2 friends with their 3 boys aged 16-22.There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and not be on top of each other. 'The property was easy to access, well-maintained, clean. The owner responded quickly to any questions that we had. We mainly just used the residence to sleep in at night as we were enjoying Baton Rouge; however, we did notice when we were in the house during the day, the thermostat was set to 77. I would say, as long as you don't plan on spending extended time in the house during the day (especially during the summer), this is the place to stay.'
