'Location was good. Long walk to French Quarter was doable. Fresh market across the street was excellent. Very large buffet selection. the parking was OK. I parked in front upon arrival and never moved the car. Took Lyfts everywhere. The garden is very nice and there are several sitting areas, one for each room. You have to be a tad careful since there are steps and twists and turns which can be slippery when wet. The room was very nice with a quirky, eclectic vibe. And, there were 4 USB-A ports...

'The house is absolutely beautiful & well kept. Our stay in the Executive Suite was wonderful! Beds are comfortable & there are plenty of extra pillows if you need. The Weeks are gracious hosts who made our stay comfortable & delightful. '

'This is a great place- conveniently located on the streetcar line with easy access to great restaurants by foot or streetcar. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen is sparse if you want to cook, but is perfect for reheating leftovers, simple meals, drinks, etc. There wasn’t any detectable noise from the surrounding businesses. Parking was easy to come by on adjacent streets (free). We will come back here on future trips! '

'This was definitely a wonderful trip, and our stay in Cajun Getaway was perfection.The property owners had everything in readiness for us, with a breakfast-stocked refrigerator, perfect comfort in every room, and they came and met us, showed usaround and welcomed my dog just like family! ' The group had a great stay at the lookout inn. The decor is fantastic in every room. It flows well into the back courtyard with plenty of room. Kelly is a great hostess and a wealth of information for tours and restaurants in the area. Check out Fairy village next to the cabana. 'There wasn't anyone to greet us, or anyone present at the property during our stay. Two days before our arrival, we received an email giving us the gate code and the door code. It couldn't have been more impersonal. There was nobody present to help us with a television problem - or with a heater problem. It was not a B&B (Bed and Breakfast), in the traditional sense, as there was no breakfast served of any kind - so of course no opportunity to meet other guests during our stay. We have...
