'The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall....

'The hotel they placed my children and I in was disgusting. There were roaches in the bathroom, a dead roach in the freezer, plumbing issues, cracked flooring, rust in the shower, I asked to be moved and for some form of compensation. I have photos and videos of the property, specifically my room. Definitely not up to the standard of Marriott. I requested some form compensation. When they moved my family and I to another room it had a horrible smell and the sink in the bathroom was clogged.'
