'We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated basement level apartment! The space was very clean and we loved the creative decor and thoughtful touches. Our host was very communicative, warm, and kind. He was also very quick to respond to messages and made sure our stay was comfortable. There were some chickens on the property and my 3yo loved going out to see them and she also had a great time using the trampoline. We only had a very short stay, but it was one of the most memorable trips...

'Amazing place! We jave 4 small girls and my family lives in the area so for a place to stay at that had everything toddlers need, as well as teens as the grow older....beds galore...you are supposed to be outside here, so be outisde and enjoy the natural buty'

'We loved our stay and plan on returning in the future for a longer stay so we can experience more. It was about the same cost as a hotel stay, but with more of a home feel and a lot more room. I also enjoyed the view of the lake from our front porch. If I could suggeat one little change, maybe open the gym a little earlier than 9am, but that's all.'

'We had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect and in a great location. Walking distance to downtown and the Saturday farmers market. The property was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Amazing courtyard to enjoy the bottle of wine William provided. Highly recommend this property. '

'Excellent place to stay. Exactly as advertised n very clean. Alphonse messaged during the stay to ensure we had all that we needed and went above n beyond as a host leaving us a bottle of champagne n a card for our anniversary. Would stay again if ever in the area. '

'The host was extremely gracious and made my mom dinner while we were out of town in New York for a couple of days during our stay. I had made other arrangements for her while we were away since my mom does not drive but the host went above and beyond. The walking trails around the property were wonderful, we walked 3 miles pretty much every morning that we were there around the wooded trails. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the view of the pond behind the house.'

'I cant rave enough about the location. If you are a biology nerd you are going to love this place. Ive never seen so many butterflies and we caught catfish off of the dock. Also if you are a fossil hunter there are some great sites within driving distance. This is the first rental property my friends and I have visited twice.'

'This vacation home was extremely clean and located in a quiet community with a beautiful view. The house was well stocked with comfortable bedrooms and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The dock was a great place for relaxing and catching fish. We also enjoyed the gazebo seating. There is lots of comfortable indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. We loved our stay!'

'The house is a nice little place to stay, very quiet and away from noises. Easy to find. The goats were very cute to watch. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. '

'A group of friends stayed here for a trip to see a concert at Wolf Trap. It was nicely located to the venue, clean, and large enough for all of us. We spent quite a bit of time by their nice firepit area also which was a very nice accommodation to have! I would recommend this place to someone looking for a larger place to stay in this area. '

'This is a perfect oasis for large gatherings to have an absolute blast together! The host was extremely communicative, accommodating, and helpful prior and during our stay. The house is just gorgeous, as is the lake view. We enjoyed the commodities, especially the paddle boards. Highly recommend for your next big family vacation! Beautiful, stress-free, amazing experience!!!!'

'Beautiful home loved the stay no bugs or anything to worry about only thing that sucked was that there was just one bathroom, but it’s a smaller homes, so that’s understandable! 10 out of 10 for me.'

"Op zich mooi hotel, maar paar kleine puntjes die beter moeten. Hele grote bruine vlek op het matras wat er heel ranzig uit zag. Rook een beetje apart in de gangen. Bed sliep wel prima, douche was ook oke."
