'The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. '

'decided to stay at the hotel because of an extended power failure in my area. The hotel was initially looked clean, but upon closer inspection, there were crumbs on the floor, smugs of something on the entry handle and bathroom tub and floor. One of the bedsheets in the double room had an iron imprint. There was only one facecloth. Overall, it was the worst experience at a national chain hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. '

'The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!'
