After not receiving the check-in instructions from the property owner, we reached out multiple times, each with no response. First, we reached out prior to the check-in time, stating we hadn't received info on how to access the property and asked if they could provide it. After no response, we reached out again about an hour after the listed time, but before we had arrived at the property, nothing....

'This property is the perfect place to stay for large families or groups. We stayed here while in town on a golf trip with 8 friends. The number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and pristine hot tub were perfect! Nice newer fridge and kitchen/bar area, newer big TV, good WiFi, etc. Many nice updates to the home. A few areas are original/older, but still tasteful. Tessa was awesome to deal with, and the house was so clean!! Can’t recommend it enough.'

'Wow, what a great place! My daughter and I were visiting family for a few days and this little gem was our little home away from home. Can’t say enough great things about this place. Loved how clean it was, anything you might need in the kitchen and the washer and dryer was an added bonus. Beds were very comfortable and sheets nice and soft. Sure the bathroom is tiny but was again super clean and well appointed with anything we might need. I would highly recommend this adorable little cottage. '

'We rented the house while visiting to attend our daughter’s ISU graduation. We had a total of 8 adults and a toddler and there was plenty of room. The home was welcoming and comfortable. Grandma enjoyed reading the old train history books and our little great-nephew loved finding trains throughout the house. Check in and check out was very easy.'

'We stayed at the Cleveland House while attending a Valais sheep show at the fairgrounds. It was only 6 minutesaway and so convenient! The house was perfect and everything was so clean and in great condition. The beds were super comfortable!We will definitely stay here again!'

'Let me start by saying that the property manager Tobias was a good communicator. We had our family Christmas reunion here. The 3 units worked out well for our out of town families to stay. This is an old place that still needs repairs here & there but what house over 100 years old doesn’t. I’m sure it was grand in its early days. 'You could tell the property was recently renovated. Nice finishings and extremely clean. Any questions/issues the host promptly responded to. We were visiting Drake and the location could not have been better. Felt perfectly safe and could be on campus in two minute walk. We had a party of three friends and the house suited us perfectly.'
