'Absolutely awful stay, although it must have been a great hotel to stay 20 years ago. It’s nothing like that anymore and nothing like that. Rooms are enormously old, reception is unfriendly and not showing that they don’t want to work there. Extra: I have received a parking fine even though I submitted my car registration number. After multiple times of contacting the hotel. Promising cancellations of the fine, nothing has been done.'

'Goed hotel met voldoende faciliteiten'

'Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing parking was right next to our lodge and fishing pitches. Well stocked pool with beautiful carp and other fish the balcony on the the lake was absolutely amazing especially at night with lights pointing in to the lake and if you're anything like me and my partner then I recommend getting the fish food from reception for night time feeding of the fish off your balcony, wow just wow 😍 amazing stay amazing staff and cant wait to come back again xxx'

'Top spot for correct price , Hilton across the road is more expensive for less quality ! '

'Friendly staff, clean room and a great breakfast '

'Staff were really helpful to me - wifi was not that strong in my room so they moved me rooms with no fuss - around the hotel staff were really friendly. Gym and pool good was happy for a solo business trip and room was clean!'

'Good location, friendly staff, decent rooms, good beds, noisy on city side (Saturday)'

'Prima hotel. Gezellige lounge. Vriendelijk personeel. Rijk ontbijtbuffet. Mooie historische locatie. Een aanrader. Prima prijs-kwaliteit.'

'All good. I would stay here again'

'The breakfast was very poor. We got down for breakfast around 9am and there was nothing useful left to eat. We raised this with the staff and they confirmed, despite a cold breakfast offering, they ran out of pastries. Only 1 pot of yoghurt was left for a family of 3, handful of slices of bread, we had to request hot water for Tea (can’t be that cold of a breakfast!), the juice ran out and only 1 apple was left. It was really dire. The reception staff are in a room behind the front desk, you...

'The Grand is an elegant, gracious hotel filled with old world charm. The grand staircases and giant chandeliers harken back to the hotel's hey day a hundred years ago. The Grand has continued to maintain its grand and luxurious style today and i2 a joy to visit. The rooms were roomy and clean. There is a small fridge. The bathroom was spacious and there was room to put your things around the sink. The shower worked well. The room was supplied with tea and coffee bags and a kettle, but no...

Nette kamer, aardig personeel '
