'Lovely bar, good atmosphere. Room not so good, smelt damp & awful smell in the bathroom from the drains. No evening meal as the gas was off. Needs a lot of money spending on it'

'Property was very clean and spacious. Well laid out for large families and groups. Games room/garage was perfect for entertaining kids. Great access for Snowdome and Birmingham, Cadbury’s world etc. Communication from Darran was very quick and professional. Great example property that we’d happily book again - thank you. '

'This place is really nice but could be something amazing with a bit more TLC. The room we stayed in was extremely spacious but could do with a little bit of renovation. The staff were kind and helpful. The view from the decking was lovely and tranquil and the kids loved the farm animals! Would stay again for sure '
