'Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, everything felt outdated. Things only got worse when we went into the bedroom and found a massive stain on the bed. We immediately called the front desk, only to be told that housekeeping was gone for the night. Instead of helping us properly, they sent security to leave a plastic bag with sheets for us to change the bedding ourselves. I paid extra to stay closer to the waterpark area, and I think that's the way to go if you plan to go there often or have someone who can't walk a lot. The front desk staff was very helpful in explaining everything, and the rooms were pretty nice.
