'Felt like I had walked in to a Hallmark movie. Very quaint lobby and room, very clean. Staff was friendly. Beds were a little hard, but still ok. '

'Everything about our stay was excellent. We had a problem with our heat. Called the desk. Someone was at our room within 10-15 minutes. He took a look at it , made an adjustment, and had the issue resolved in less than 5 minutes with no further issues.'
