The screen door and balcony were my favorite parts...I was able to turn off the air, open the door and enjoy the rain, bird songs, and cool morning/evening breezes.Breakfast was well worth 12.The shared bathroom was never an issue I will most certainly be staying here again!'

'We had an incredible stay at this absolutely gorgeous historic home in Eureka Springs. The location couldn’t be better—walkable to everything in town—yet it was peaceful and quiet when we wanted to relax. 'We actually did not stay here. We had to get with management to get the check in info, due to lack of communication with the host. We arrived went to the room, checked out the bed since that’s the first thing we do. The bed frame is bent and could possibly be a safety hazard. Saw a few bugs flying the window. 'Overall, the stay was fine. When we arrived on the property, check-in was very easy and we got settled quickly. However, once in our room, there were no instructions on check out processes, room, expectations, or anything of that nature. The listing also had a lot of amenities listed that there were no instructions for. My husband and I googled The name of the stay and found that on their website the amenities are an extra cost.
