He is communicative, accommodating and generous-we were included in the July 4th festivities, live band, raffle, firework show, and got to spend time on their pontoon. 'The overall stay was great. The house was very clean and close to the trail system so we were able to ride sxs during the day and enough room we could all hang out at night. I do think it’s important to note the bedroom situation isn’t as described. This is listed as 6 bedrooms, which I did ask about before arrival and was told it’s 4 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms are divided by a wall; therefore creating 4 spaces. I was told upstairs had 1 king, 3 Queens, and a full over twin bunk. In reality...

'Nice home for a large group. The group was disappointed that the advertised hot tub was not there. Also, guests should know that is not a true 6 bedroom but 4 bedrooms, two with 3/4 walls partially dividing the room.'

'The property was clean and tidy. The garage is nicer than some places I've stayed. According to the rest of the crew ALL the beds were comfortable. The atmosphere is like a cabin but the kitchen and bathrooms are modern. I HIGHLY recommend. We would stay there again.'
