'This was just a one-night stopover on our way to a family reunion in Oregon, but it was really pleasant. Google maps took us to a neighboring apartment complex (across the backyard fence from the home) but once we found our way, everything was really nice. Also appreciate the property's dog-friendly policy! We used the BBQ, had a nice dinner, slept well (thanks to the AC, which worked well and quickly), and were on our way. Thanks again!'

'Simple living with a "front row covered porch seat" to view the lake. Spent the first hour of our mini vacation on the porch watching the rain fall and listening to thunder. What a treat!Minor maintenance issue taken care of immediately! Don't hesitate to rent this cute and cozy studio cabin.Excellent dining very near. All in all a delightful 3 days.'

'The check-in was so efficient, exactly as described in the listing. The cabin is light & bright and laid out well. The 4 of us used the kitchen table for playing card games at night and it wasn’t cramped. The living room area was comfortable with the sofa and 2 easy chairs.'

'This was a great house. The lake access was about a mile down the road and the only bummer about staying here. It looks close, but it’s all private property across the street. '

'We had the most wonderful vacation in Lake Almanor Country Club. There is nothing better than being at the lake. Connie and Jerry were wonderful to communicate with. Their home was the best place we have stayed at on the lake. We watched a bald eagle, deer and the nightly bat show all from the amazing deck. We didn’t want to leave. Truly a special place. '

'We had an amazing time with our family! Perfect house, location and host! The Kitchen and dining area was a favorite for meals and after dinner games. The deck was perfect for Happy Hour wine chats or early morning coffee conversations. The rec center had everything we loved. We rented a pontoon boat and cruised the lake, jumped into the water and even surfed behind it! We look forward to coming back! -Thank you!'

'We were so pleased to stay here for a night breaking up a long road trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, so we could grocery shop and cook. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had extra amenities for us to relax. My sons loved the rooms with toys and an Xbox (they’re not little anymore, but those pack n plays would be so useful for babies/toddlers). 'This cabin was just 15 minutes outside of Lassen Volcanic National Park (north gate at Manzanita Lake) and in the forest on a creek. Very spacious and well equipped for our family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay! '

'The cabin was great. Cute, clean and well stocked. Check-in and out process was easy. Nice to be steps from the lake for an evening dip. Location was great for exploring the area.'

'The house is absolutely beautiful! Perfect size for 3 people and so quiet. The freeway is just a short walk away and couldn’t hear a thing! The property felt isolated but is just a short drive from restaurants and shops. Being able to walk down to the river and use the dock was perfect for wading and fishing. Although the river was high at the time of year we were there, it was still enjoyable and relaxing.'

"Laten we beginnen met de 2 positieve punten, ruime kamer, lekker bed. Dat was het dan. Nare vervelende dames bij de receptie, totaal niet behulpzaam en arrogant. Kamerpasje deed het steeds niet en in plaats van verontschuldiging, kregen we een grote bek dat wij niet goed met de pasjes omgingen. Ontbijt ook vreselijk, slecht, armoedig buffet met geschifte melk in de koffie. Zwembad ook niet schoon en klein. Wij komen hier nooit meer."
