'Vriendelijk personeel, maar de meesten spraken geen tot nauwelijks Engels. Fijne grote kamers maar het zwembad was klein.'

'Beautiful place and very friendly staff'

'Great property, wth nice relaxing pool area. A Good Restaurant and Bar. Nice comfortable hotel, not backpacker homestay like so many other properties in this area. But with a Viet Wooden Stilt Building type Charm right into the hilltop forest canopy.'

'Wonderful stay, amazing food and lovely staff! We had a wonderful stay at Puluong Luna Resort! The food was absolutely outstanding, in fact, the best we have had during our entire trip around Vietnam. Every meal was a real pleasure! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also arranged a fantastic private driver who took us around the area to explore the beautiful sights and surroundings. It was a wonderful experience. We also treated ourselves to...

'The hotel is in a superb mountain area. The area is really you imagine of Vietnam. Rice fieldd. Wooden houses nice people. The resort is very nice and they try to let you feel at home. The resort has only a couple of rooms but theh are expandinf so there were construction activities but they did not give any problem. The only thing is that the place is visited during daytime bu a lot of tours that have lunch or a drink at the resort. This makes the place very busy and less relaxed. The pool...

'Very enjoyable stay, nice new hotel, good size well appointed comfortable luxury rooms. Great buffet spread for breakfast and dinner. Attention to detail in the decor. Staff exceedingly helpful is all areas. Exceptionally good value. Would definatwly stay again when in area.'

'It was alright for its price. Aircondition, comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. There was a weird atmosphere, with all the lights turned off in the hallways, the pool, bar and all resturants closed in the hotel. No guests, and the city was completely empty with no resturants open, so we had to order food from another town via Grab. If you plan on staying one night, as a pit stop between Ninh Binh and Vinh for example, its alright, but would’t recommend staying any longer. Remember to bring...

'Very nice new hotel. Very friendly staff. The rooms were nice with good matress. We enjoyed the big infinity pool. The breakfast buffet during the weekend was really good.'

'Pu Luong was a great place to visit. Our room had a great deck over looking mountains and tiered rice paddies. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys. '

'Very nice staff the owner spoke English, and had som great tours for us. Cheap, but delicious food, the beds are hard but nice. Working toilet and bath. Very nice view. Overall we are very happy with the stay'

'We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. '
