'I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet.
All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...

'Chad was a wonderful host! Very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. He even made homemade dog treats for our little pup. The apartment was a quiant little spot just outside Burlington and was perfect for our weekend getaway. Couldn’t reccomend more!'

'This is a great location for proximity to local shopping and UVM. It is along a busy road so you have to be aware of that. The inside is clean, comfortable and appealing. Hosts were communicative and made everything easy.'
