'We had an absolutely amazing time staying in Shannon’s “Home Away From Home”! We were in town for a graduation ceremony and this was the perfect choice! This would be a good option for multi-night stays and especially if you plan to eat in. I did have to ask to have the floors re-cleaned as they were not super clean on check-in but the property manager was very responsive in arranging that. 'This hotel was cute! It could use some basic updating in the rooms, extra pillows and better lighting. Upgrades to the bedsheets and such. But the pool and hot tub area was excellent our kids loved it. The breakfast set up was fine, it was individually packed muffins, donuts, granola bars, juices, etc which worked for us needing to eat and run. Its a privately owned hotel and while it could use some upgrades it worked great for us.'

'The place smelled heavily of marijuana. On check in I had to provide my card because I chose the pay at the hotel option. I was in a rush to register so I didn’t pick up on the fact that I didn’t get a receipt. On check out I just handed my cards in and was told I was all set. As I pulled into the road I got a charge for an additional $20 to my credit card. Checking my credit card transactions, I was charged $20 extra on my original reservation. 'Hôtel is outdated and getting tired. The door had a crack all the way around, not allowing a full seal. It was quite loud at night with college kids yelling running around.'
