'A short drive up a gravel drive is this cozy little glamp-site, clean and rustic, with enough amenities for those who are looking to connect with nature but who prefer electricity and running water. 'The cabin was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Everything was clean, organized and family friendly. A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. If you love quiet and the sounds of nature, this is the perfect place for you. We can’t wait to stay there again soon.'

'1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. 'We were in town for a horse show, and this property was the perfect location. What a cool spot! We all loved it, such a creative idea. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! 'We had a family gathering with 21 people from ages of 1 month to 81 years, and the property provided absolutely everything we needed! The home and adjacent pavilion/pool was extremely clean and very useful and fun! The pizza oven is a must do and we were able to make 18 fantastic and delicious make your own pizzas one evening. 'My husband and I traveled to the area for a long weekend with our college intern who there for the summer. The house was great! Everything was as expected and how the photos show. Communication was great with the owner. We didn't spend a lot of time in the neighborhood, but felt it was fine for what we needed. 'This was the perfect rental property for a wedding in downtown Albany. The apartment was very trendy with beautiful decor, very clean and had everything that we needed, the instructions to enter. The instructions for the unit was very clear and simple. We did contact the owner with a question, and she replied very quickly. She also had helpful information in a binder with ideas of what to do and where to go. I’m glad we found this place as it was much cheaper than a hotel and had more amenities.'

'Bassinova-on-Hudson is a gorgeous and well-kept property, and Jean and her staff are very responsive and welcoming. "Very average. Location is excellent. Airco very loud but did the job. Breakfast very basic. Room for 4 with 3 towels and 1 mini shampoo does not feel welcoming. "
