'Great location and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and helpful.'

'False advertising. They are using photos from the previous franchise owners. The hotel name is now changed and run down. Don't eat the free breakfast. They only have toast and waffles that they have a staff member make for you. He handed me a waffle that was still half batter half cooked. I threw it away. That is now a depressed property.'

'Very average. Location is excellent. Airco very loud but did the job. Breakfast very basic. Room for 4 with 3 towels and 1 mini shampoo does not feel welcoming. '

'Vooraf het inchecken gaf de baliemedewerker aan dat de airco niet werkte. Er stond wel een ventilator. Omdat de buitentemperatuur laag was hebben we de kamer geaccepteerd, ook geen last gehad van de warmte. Accommodatie wasnetjes, zo ook de kamer. Het ontbijt is erg simpel, de koffie en thee goed. Prima hotel om 1 nacht te verblijven.'

'The room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle throughout the night was a valuable service, and the driver was particularly considerate and pleasant. The desk staff were also helpful. I didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The only negative was I needed a wakeup call at 3:00 am on the night the time changed. Because the clock was not reset, I was awakened at 2:00 am and couldn't fall back to sleep so I lost an hour of sleep on what was a very short night.'

'Great room and breakfast to get the day started . Walking distance to colonie mall.'

'I travel for work to Albany every week, and Howard Johnson is the cleanest one so far for the price and location'

'the reception is American style. not friendly or helpful. room is spacious but bathroom needs updating'

'Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. Noon check was great too! No rush to check out.'
