'Great stay! It is a farm house so don't expect the Ritz. The house is very tastefully rebuild and furnished. The expanded living quarters/ kitchen all about spending time together in a great space. We found everything we were looking for, the sonos system worked like a charm and so did the hot tub.If there was one suggestion to the owner, the stair to the second floor should have a handrail for people that are not super mobile. Currently it is a steep stair without anything to hold on to....

'My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. '

'This stunning property was absolutely perfect for our friends weekend in the Berkshires. It was immaculately clean, private, and yet close to many things to do in the area. The owner was great with communication, as well. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!'

'Cheryl’s place is a lovely cottage near the lake. We loved everything they did to make our stay more enjoyable, from many pairs of water shoes (definitely helpful for swimming!) to folding chairs, floats, and many different coffee-making options. We also loved the wind chimes and napping bed on the screened-in porch.The swimming was good, although it’s a busy lake with many motor boats. We had some long swims and the water was warm / comfortable. It’s best to swim near shore to avoid the boats....

'Can't say enough about this place. It looked like it was just recently built or renovated, and was very very clean. The place was warm, inviting, and very comfortable for my family of 5. Leticia is amazing, very very responsive and understanding. If you are staying in the area (the lake, skiing, etc.) I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely look to book this place again the next time we go skiing at Catamount.'

'We held our Friendsgiving at this house and loved every second of it. Beautiful, interesting home capable of housing a big group. Easy to get to. Would definitely stay again!'

'We were in a pinch and thought this house look good in the photos. In person, the photos did not do it justice. Such a cute house, the water and outside leading to it was a wow. We spent much of our time out on the covered back deck. It was so beautiful and relaxing. We would rent again in a hearbeat.'
