'It’s a cool space but it’s filthy. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere. The windows need a cleaning. Sorry I sat on the porch last night as my cost is dirty from the dirt on the rocking chair. 'The hosts were very nice and friendly. The kitchen was clean and the morning coffee was great! Our room was spacious enough and the beds were very comfortable. The setting is charming!'

The outside of the building had plants growing on the end of it and there were spiders in the hallway upstairs. With a little paint on the walls and a good cleaning it could be a great place to stay.
