'We used this place when our son played baseball in Cooperstown. Though it was an hour away from Cooperstown, it was an easy drive and a great property. Seeing the cows in the front yard one day was a funny surprise - they had gotten out from the nearby farm :). The fly fishing was fun to watch. The A/C units in the upstairs worked great. I would have liked more wash cloths for the shower, but there were plenty of towels. The laundry was excellent to have. It was a wonderful place for 4 adults...

'This house was beautifully, corky decorated and we all loved it. The hosts provide you with everything from Qtips, to dental plackers to hairdryers, indoor and outdoor games and plenty of towels. The central air was a life saver and the 3 full bathrooms were amazing. Can't say enough about how much we loved this place and will definitely stay again. '

'The lake is beautiful and provides activities, the goats are very cute, the house was clean and comfortable, with A/C, plenty of hot water and water pressure for showers, and space for our things. Just what we wanted for a family long weekend with 3 generations. The owners were very responsive. The deck is in desperate need of a coat of paint and some other maintenance though - hopefully the owners can do some upkeep on the outdoor space soon. '

Three generations of us enjoyed the property, house and that fantastic view. What was our family farm (1940’s) could be seen across the valley making it extra special. Thank you to our awesome hosts.
