'Lovely hotel! You really feel like you’ve stepped back into time, but with annemites that you would expect for today. Great food as well. Staff were efficient. Beds are firm. Bathroom was spotless. Nice quiet location. The room key was a bonus.'

'Place was exactly as described, with beautiful river access near stilesville. You can catch nice brown trout right out in front of the cabin! Please catch and release, and if new to fishing research proper fish handling practices. Smash your barbs. Only thing would be that when you cook, there is no fan above the stove- so the ventilation could be better. Recommend just using the grill outside when possible.'

'We were welcomed with fresh eggs and bread. Melissa was amazing to work with and anything that came up. She addressed quickly. It was on beautiful piece of property, access was great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but everything is well kept for a 200 year-old house! It was the experience I wanted our family to have!'

'The cabin was great, very cute and exactly fit my needs, the owners were very accurate in information listed. The property had all of the amenities for a great stay that makes you feel just far enough from real life that you get a much needed break from daily life. The owners were very helpful and I was very happy with their care and keeping of the property in the middle of a wind and snow storm. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m going on a ski vacation to Elk Mountain....

'Such a joy to find a place in Windsor close to my parents and brother/sister-in-law. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The check in was easy and communication was quick. The only issue would be for someone who has trouble with stairs and/or needs the bathroom to be close to bedroom. It was perfect for us. We will be back. '
