'I wish I could keep this place a secret but it seems the secret is out. The Barnhouse is exactly as described and pictured, and it is so close to Colgate. It was perfect for our small family's short stay. Will and Wendy provide everything you need to make it feel like a home away from home. 10/10'

'I loved it! It's not the Hilton, but it was absolutely PERFECT for me, my brother, and cousin. The neighborhood is super nice -- clean, quiet, SAFE. Very convenient to my relatives in Utica and Rome. There are a few things I would suggest to make it even better, but nothing major I would definitely book it again. Thank you for a great stay!!'

'Pulled in a 1am, slept and out again by 9am. Beds comfy, everyone had fresh linens, very clean. Only little worry was getting out of the parking area with trucks and trailers. The road isn’t busy, but people fly. '
