'I booked the hotel for one night, from June 24 to June 25. In the end, I spent three hours waiting outside the hotel and had to sleep in my car because all the other hotels were fully booked. I never received the access code to enter the hotel or the code for my room. This is a scam! Moreover, there was another woman besides me. Both of us were forced to spend the night in our cars because we were unable to access the hotel. They sent two messages saying that they would send the access code...

'We booked a room when visiting Owego during the Big Boy Locomotive tour. The staff was super friendly and the motel was very close to the train track.'

'Room is clean and spacious. However, there is a smell as soon as one entered the room. The smell was not stinking smell but that of human body as if the smell of the previous guest/guests still lingered in the room. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We turned up the AC and then later our sense of smell accustomed to it, so I am not sure if the smell had gone or not. 'Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised.
