'They have no one available to speak to who can give a refund if one has to cancel or even wants to ask about it. Both I and Expedia tried to reach someone but they have no one who responds. Lost two nights stay when at least they should have refunded the second night when I had to cancel due to medical illness. Oh well, they will never see my business again.'

We turned up the AC and then later our sense of smell accustomed to it, so I am not sure if the smell had gone or not. On checking in around 7 pm on Wednesday 24 June, the front desk lady on duty was not friendly at all, no smile whatsoever....
