'Everything was wonderful during our stay. The weather didn’t cooperate much which wasn’t a problem as the ping pong table downstairs became daily family tournaments into the late evening. I needed to cook for my niece‘s wedding and the kitchen was equipped with everything and plenty of space. The one day we had great weather the boys fished off the dock and rented a kayak. Thank you Marc, we had a great time.'

'Vanderkamp was the ideal setting for small family 50th Anniversay celebration. Although the weather wasn’t perfect, we were able to be outside for 2 of our 4 days – hiking, paddleboarding, canoeing, fishing, and playing yard games. Off the dock it was very weedy and mucky, but it was fun to watch the fish and snakes. Inside there was ample room to either be together or find quiet places to read or relax. 'Stayed here for Syracuse U. parents' weekend. Location was perfect, about 12 minutes from campus. House was lovely. Well-appointed with everything you would need, communication from owner was A+. Highly-recommend. '

'We came to Syracuse for my niece's high-school graduation. The house was great, clean comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.'

'You couldn't ask for a better location if you like having tons of food and adult beverages right out your front door since you are right downtown. Beautiful modern yet vintage feel, comfortable king bed and nice hot shower. We did not prepare any food during our 4 day stay but there was plenty of appliances and dishes if we wanted to do that. Only a mini fridge but again with all the eating options downtown really no reason to stay in. Cannot do laundry but we did find a laundry mat if needed...

'The hosts for this property are so kind and attentive! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything! The home is beautiful and very clean. So welcoming and beautifully decorated for the Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook meals and even comes with spices, coffee, extra snacks, drinks and many other amenities! 'We were in Cicero visiting family for a large gathering. This place felt very homey. It was comfortable with lots of room to spread out; there are two large eating spaces, a large living room, and plenty of bathrooms. It is older, but was very clean and we were provided everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. 'Very clean - nice bedding and furniture - well appointed kitchen - stocked with soap, cleaning supplies and paper goods - all appliances are new - wonderful neighborhood - close to shopping - perfect pick for a long weekend to visit the area. Resident neighbors were friendly and welcoming. '
