'Never cleaned the room in 4 days, and got double billed. Have to wait and see if it is corrected. Hotel staff friendly. Limited breakfast. Too expensive for what you get.'

I did check-in via the app and that was seamless, I did wish there was a simpler way to share the room key if someone didn't have the app, other than that miniscule detail, everything was great!'
