'My first room had a sofa bed with no mattress. It wasn’t even a sofa bed and that’s what I paid for second room had a sofa bed, but the mattress had like 10 holes in the mattress and it was dirty unsanitary. Also, they mislead you with telling you when you get there that they don’t clean your room for two days and then when you ask again, they say the clerk said four days when they clean your room very terrible experience. I would never go there again. '

'Never cleaned the room in 4 days, and got double billed. Have to wait and see if it is corrected. Hotel staff friendly. Limited breakfast. Too expensive for what you get.'

'Very disappointed the pool wasn't working, the breakfast isnt worth mentioning due to them having NO food and very limited parking due to construction. I will say the room was clean .I tried to make the most of it with low tunes but even that was short lived by the fun police knocking on the door at 7pm on a Saturday night🙄So no pool , breakfast parking or music!'

'No air conditioning. rooms were very hot first couple of nights. Window wouldn’t open to outside and no maintenance available to fix the window. They did not clean our room the 3 days we were there even though they seemed to be cleaning rooms around us. Staff were friendly but seemed to be understaffed. Definitely not up to the same standard as other embassy suites '

'Absolutely horrible. As soon as we walked into the room we saw stains everywhere. Hair in the bathroom, electrical outlets hanging out the wall, crumbs on the bed, stained bedsheets…everything was just stained. Windows weren’t locked and the bathroom tub was filthy. I checked the mattress and it had this huge brown stain on it and it looked like residual of bed bugs. We stayed maybe 5 mins before telling the manager that we want a refund and that we will be leaving due to it being so dirty. I...

'The staff were over the top friendly and helpful. From the moment I got there, they were greeting me and offering me services. JJ and the bar was fantastic. She made sure that everybody had fun'

'Walked up to the room to check it out before I brought my stuff up and sure glad I did because I flipped the light on inside the door and it didn't work so I found another light turned it on and seen 2 cockroaches run across the stand and I turned around and walked right on out. Still waiting on my refund'

'Overall, pretty average stay. The 4th and 3rd floors are renovated rooms, however, we travel with a pet so requested a 1st floor, non-renovated, room. It DEFINITELY needed renovation. However, the room was clean and fine. My main complaint is that the wheels were broken on both of the luggage carts which made a miserable move in and move out. Honestly, fix the luggage carts!'

'Wij waren op rondreis door Amerika, een tussenstop op weg naar de Niagara-Falls. Onze suite had alles, ruime kamer, een keukentje met alles erop en eraan, konden dus zelf ons eten klaarmaken. Was schoon en prima bedden. Receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom een perfect hotel om te vertoeven.'
