'We had an amazing stay here! The house and property are lovely: the house is compact, cozy and well maintained with big sliding doors in the dining/ sitting areas that open to a wide deck with incredible views of the lawn, river and passing wildlife. (Cardinals, blue jays, heron, osprey and two magnificent bald eagles kept us company all summer long.) 'Four women stayed there for four nights, and we were very comfortable & content! The sun room was our go-to place, and the porch was also very inviting. Beds all comfy, rooms each a delight. Be sure to read all there is to see and do (from owner) - lots within easy reach, though we probably enjoyed the local hikes the most. There's a Hannafords within 15 min. south on 22, just FYI. Enjoy and give great reviews - it's worth it!!'
