'We loved our stay at the lake house. We liked the privacy and getting the whole beach and lake to ourselves. So cool how convenient it was to take a boat on the lake. The layout of the house is so nice with large bedrooms and bathrooms. '

'The online reviews and the accuracy of what was advertise pretty spot on. Well stocked, I underestimated the towels provided part lol. We were able to extend our stay since lucky for is there was availability to extend the stay. So cozy, pictures doesn’t really do justice, but the atmosphere was amazing. 'We really enjoyed the privacy of the grounds, lake, dock , swimming, boats and paddle boards. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy. We had a great stay, thanks.'

'This was the perfect option for us for a nearby wedding. We ate twice at the River & Post (excellent) and went into Rhinebeck for the Sunday market. The property itself was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, and plenty of seating options in the main room. The outside area was also a perfect place for coffee in the morning and we loved the chickens running around. Glenn could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!'

'This is a property that is very good for large family gatherings, which is how we gathered for a birthday celebration. This area of CT. is great and has lots to do.The house is in the perfect location to do all of it.Again, suits large groups well. Room for everyone.'

'The house and property were beautiful! It was well appointed and supplied all necessities plus. The cabana and the extras like floating devices were great to have. We swam in the water and used the canoes. The basement was LOADED with fun games that everyone participated in. They even had a kids area, including toys for infants!! Communications with the host were very responsive. We had zero issues and enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend this property!!!'

'The house is very comfortable and perfect for visiting with family and friends.We enjoyed the roomy kitchen space. The porch is great for relaxing and gazing at the tranquil lake. We appreciated the use of the canoe and the dock.'

'The location is a 5 star location. Some minor issues, no top sheets on any beds but we found them. Weeds around tennis court and swimming pool need to be removed. House was very spacious. Overall, we had a great time.'

'We stayed for a birthday weekend with a few other couples and had a great time. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and each 'area' of the house is incredibly comfortable (especially the movie theater). If you need anything there are plenty of stores close by and the area is very safe. Overall, no complaints and would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.'

'We had a great last minute visit to Hopewell Junction and enjoyed a lovely stay at the chapel! It’s a very unique experience and quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the bbq and an evening fire with smores! '
