'This property and the cabin were an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. We slept well and enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings. Big bonus for me were all the different birds I heard and saw, including a flock of cedar waxwings that kept us entertained for 2 days, constantly swooping over the pond to catch tiny insects. 'This spacious chalet perfectly met the needs of our family. Communication with our hosts was efficient and friendly - so easy to work with. We had a tire blow out — they immediately responded with recommendations and we had the tire fixed in less than 12 hours! 'Beautiful condo on the side of a ski slope. We didn’t get to witness any of the winter activities but we could see that it was set up well for skiing or any activity, any season. Very clean, exactly as described, host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Was a perfect in-between for us as we were visiting with family both at Letchworth and Allegany. '

'Easy check-in, beautiful home with 5 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. One day of our stay was rainy, but we enjoyed the garage converted into a game room with air hockey, pool, darts, board games, and electronic basketball shooting game.Home was .03 miles (walking distance) from the center of Ellicottville and all it’s shops and restaurants.Hosts were very responsive to any requests.'

'Property is super clean and host is super responsive. It was well stocked with essentials and super easy short one turn drive into town. Smart TV’s were easy to use and the outdoor grill was great for family BBQ dinner. Spiral staircase to the upper bedroom was very fun!'
