For year-round comfort, the condo is equipped with a mini-split A/C and heating system. The gas fireplace adds extra warmth and ambiance, creating a cozy atmosphere during chilly evenings. You’ll also have access to high-speed WiFi, and the 55” Roku TV paired with Sonos sound for streaming your favorite shows and music.

During the warmer months, take advantage of the two bikes available for use (weather permitting from spring to fall), perfect for exploring the nearby town or heading to the resort. The private, covered patio provides a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine, and there’s even green space for pets, making it an excellent getaway for your furry friends.

The Space:
This cozy ground-floor studio in Wildflower is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or a family of up to 3 with the use of the trundle bed, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat near Ellicottville.

The luxury king bed provides a restful night’s sleep, while the twin trundle beds offer extra sleeping space. The living area features a 55” Roku TV, Sonos sound system, and a gas fireplace, creating the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring or relaxing.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a dining table that seats two but expands to four when using the two chairs located on the patio.

A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is stocked with fresh towels and essentials. The in-unit washer/dryer combo is convenient for small laundry loads.

Step outside to the private patio, where you’ll find comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. During mid-April to mid-November, two bikes are available for use (weather permitting) to explore town or visit nearby attractions. There’s also a dog run on the porch and green space off the patio for your furry friend’s enjoyment. A mini-split system ensures year-round comfort with both heating and cooling.

The condo includes free parking and a 120V outlet accessible from the parking lot for EV charging. Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry, making your stay hassle-free. Getting Around:
This condo offers multiple ways to explore the area conveniently.
Walking: Stroll 9 minutes to Holiday Valley's Sunrise Lift (0.4 miles) or take a pleasant walk to the village, just under a mile away.
Shuttle: Holiday Valley Resort provides a shuttle service to the main lodge.
Bikes: Seasonal bikes are provided, making it easy to get to Holiday Valley's Sunrise Lift in 2-3 minutes or the village center in under 5 minutes.
Whether on foot, by bike, or via shuttle, navigating the area is simple and enjoyable.

Other Things to Note:
EV Charging: A 120V outlet is accessible from the parking lot, ideal for charging electric vehicles.
Bikes: The condo includes two bikes, perfect for short trips to Holiday Valley Resort (pools, bar, and restaurant) or the village. Please remember to lock and return the bikes after use.
Linens: Extra linens for the twin trundle bed are stored in the bottom dresser drawer for your convenience.
