'Fantastic place - amazing location right on main street but it leads out back to a private yard with an amazing view of the mountains. Inside is set up with amazing places to hang out and relax. Fully renovated kitchen. Lots of attention to detail makes this a really lovely location, can't recommend enough.'

'My family and I enjoyed this great home over July 4 weekend. The property was wonderful to view from the large deck, whether it was coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The kitchen was well-equipped and we all enjoyed the board games, cards, and game room in the basement, where we held multiple shuffleboard tournaments on a rainy day.The location was great too; we explored surrounding towns, hiked Kaaterskill Falls, and mountain-biked the nearby Belleayre Mountain trail...

'My husband and I very much enjoyed our week-long stay. We particularly loved having all the sliding doors and windows open in the master and main rooms to hear the water and enjoy the setting. Jetted tub was great. Fridge clean and empty and ready for us. Simple eats in and bigger meals at restaurants nearby, although kitchen ready for cooking. 'Nice space, perfect soaking tub, two fire pits! Grill and pizza oven. We enjoyed peaceful star filled evenings. Quiet nights and baby deer running around in the mornings. Local goat sanctuary is a must for a hike with the goats. Reasonably close hikes, to waterfalls and swimming holes, check if you need a permit, the water was ice cold at first, perfect for the weather, we spent a while there, then back for some grilling!We enjoyed the stove and record collection. 'House is perfect for a family getaway. Pond was a ton of fun and kitchen was fully equipped for our meals. Hot tub under the stars was a great way to end the day. Will definitely return '

'Really lovely place in the town of Hunter. Very modern, with a well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and laundry facilities. Plenty of space - six could sleep comfortably. Our host was extremely helpful and easy. Would definitely stay here again, I bet it's gorgeous during the winter months! '

'Needed a quiet place to get away and focus on developing some business processes and this was an excellent choice. Only regret is that I never made it into the sauna. '

'The property is just as described and pictured, and everything was in working order. The Owner is very quick to respond to any communication. Less than 10 min. to Bellaire Mountain, and with a fireplace, would make a nice cabin for winter weekend ski getaways. It is small... We were 2 adults and one child--- adults took the bedroom and the child on the futon in the living room. 2 Adults and 2 children would probably max the space; although more could fit it might not be very comfortable....

'We had a wonderful stay. The house had all we needed and had no trouble getting groceries delivered to the property. We loved exploring the nearby creek and soaking in the hot tub to wind down. Beds were comfy and the house was nice and clean. '
