'The property was very clean and well equipped with items needed for our stay! Very quiet and scenic. We enjoyed time outside having a campfire, using the fire table and fishing. Communication with the host was very easy.'

'Beautiful, new, sparking clean log cabin home in a shady lot on a easy access country lane. Convenient quick access to scenic highway I-86, 390. Excellent high quality features and appliances throughout. Large spruce trees outside with bird feeders. Comfortable beds, easy climate control, convenient accessible washer/drier unit.Close enough (less than an hour) for a day trip to the fabulous town of Watkins Glen NY and State Park gorge are full of waterfalls.'

'This was an incredible weekend away for my wife and I. This is one of the cutest cabins I have ever seen. They thought of everything. Comfy beds, dimmable lights, heated bathroom, plenty of firewood, space heater in case you run out of firewood, air conditioner for when you get too hot, power fan that can fan the upstairs when spinning one way and the downstairs when spinning the other, light up mirror in the bathroom, plush towels, beautiful new construction in most rooms, I could go on. 'Check-in process and communication was excellent from the start. We were able to start enjoying our stay immediately upon arrival. Communication during our stay and at the end was equally as positive. Quick and helpful information was always provided. The pictures of the cabin and immediate area do not do this cabin/surrounding area enough justice. It is beautiful, rustic, and warm. Fishing at the Big Pond was awesome. My family and I had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. '

'Our family loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. The pond was my youngests son and husband's favorite bonus. Many large mouth bass were caught including the fattest bluegill ever seen.*All were returned back to pond as it's catch and release.I...

'We had an absolutely delightful stay at Ebb’n’Flow. The spot is secluded and full of charm and natural beauty. The cabin and grounds have everything needed for a comfortable, cozy, and relaxing getaway. We made a promise to return next summer, but for much longer. Kudos to Marilyn and her team- they rock. '

'We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved fishing at the lower pond and swimming in the upper pond. Our dogs loved running around the property. Such a peaceful little getaway. We hope to return! '
