'Great staff. Quiet rooms, clean and full service hotel. Only thing I did not like, and this has happened in the past, is the lounge, populated by mature adults is rowdy and loud. It’s a fraternity party atmosphere. Not a place for quiet conversation ir a quiet drink. '

'Good stay with friendly front desk staff. I chose this hotel as I needed to be close to the airport as I was flying out the next morning. It is a few miles away, but not a long way. The room was comfortable, good bed, clean, everything i wanted or needed including fridge, microwave, etc. It's a fairly good sized hotel too, bigger than I thought it would be. Shared a parking lot with an I Hop, I did not try the breakfast at the hotel because I basically never eat hotel breakfasts anymore. ...

'There was a restaurant on the property which was convenient. Not much else within walking distance, but for what I needed - place to stay and place to get food - it was sufficient. '

'The bed was comfortable, the room was huge! It’s dated but a fine hotel. If you’re expecting luxury, you’ll be disappointed, but it was a perfectly nice stay. Quiet, clean enough, and convenient with real cooked breakfast in the morning, bus routes close by and a health food store across the street. Would recommend for a budget-friendly option in Albany! '

'Very average. Location is excellent. Airco very loud but did the job. Breakfast very basic. Room for 4 with 3 towels and 1 mini shampoo does not feel welcoming. '

'The breakfast was great. The ladies kept the eggs coming out and the coffee was brewed to perfection. The staff were very knowledgeable; (they explained they couldn't take my AARP for a discount; I had to use it while I was booking our room. Also explained why they charged for our daughter, who is 16, again had to show when booking, everyone had a smile Our daughter & her cousin enjoyed the hot tub. The rooms, bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels.'

'Staff was fast to transfer me to another room as my air conditioner wasn’t working. Inconvenient to pack & move everything to a room not handicap accessible and I couldn’t shower. '
