'My stay was uneventful. Nice property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment is in the basement with quite a few stairs to go up and down but is cute and clean. There is a full kitch but you have to bring your own pans. No tv's in the bedroom which was ok with me because after being gone all day , all i wanted to do was go to sleep. I would recommend and stay again.'

'We didn’t use the house for an event. Just a family get a way and this house has plenty of room for our multi generational family of 13. Lots of room and character. Was nice to gather together in the large dining room or on the front porch and watch the fishing boats, yachts and hunting osprey go by. '

'This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.'

'I arrived in New York on 6-22-25 I requested the check in information in which the host refused to give. She stated the cleaner hadn't showed up to clean the property so she gave me another address. Well this place had multiple stairs and was located on the 2nd floor which couldn't accommodate the group I was with. When I informed the host she gave me another address which was smaller with one bathroom. Smaller than the original one booked. After explaining that this wouldn't work the host...

'My family and I loved this property! We enjoyed walking around the woods and exploring. The house was well equipped and was really charming. We also loved sightseeing around the near by towns. Definitely a place to come back to stay again. '

'I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...

'Very clean, comfortable, and quiet property. Although advertised one car parking, actually can park 2, which is good since limited street parking in a crowded neighborhood. Highly recommended if you're staying in the NYC area.'

'Spectacular home with gorgeous views, watching the tide come in and out from the small creek was nice. We had a small wedding that worked perfectly with this location, host was incredibly responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this location for a stay! '
