Kies je hotel in Town of New Castle

'We had a wonderful stay at the Windrose on Hudson!! What a beautiful place! The facilities are very nice and the grounds are amazing!'

'Technically the house was"clean" but it's grimy. The doors and floors all needed a deep clean. One of the showers had a curtain with red mold stains. The AC could not cool the upstairs properly, and the 3rd floor was excessively hot. The wall to wall carpet on the second floor was smelly. The living room was lacking seating for adults. I wouldn't recommend this house for a family get together, but maybe it would be fine for a bachelor party. The listing said there was one bedroom with a king....

'We could not find location in dark and rain. Only given GPS info and no name of hotel or property. Once we arrived guard at guardhouse could not assist as we could not affirm name. When finally able to track down contact info for the vacation property company that listed the rental they had to share hotel front desk info and that’s when we learned name was Windrose On Hudson. Very stressful situation- enjoyed historical location. Great facility, not so great TV/streaming set-up… cable. '

'Lovely place, convenient to New York trains and Westchester locations.'

'Upon arrival the toilet was gross, not sure how housekeeping missed what we saw immediately. Also the shower/tub didn't drain normally. The fridge in the room was turned off when we arrived, when we turned it to medium cool it froze everything in it. Staff however was great and responsive to anything we needed!'

'Nothing. The room was dirty & the bed had bed bugs. I checked out after being there just over two hours. Management couldn’t give me a different room ( not that I would taken it given the condition of the first room) They wanted to charge me for the full 3 days. I got them to bring it down to one day. Waiting to see the amount that hits my charge card. DON’T STAY THERE'

'Very comfortable!'

'Friendly staff. Property is in need of upgrades'

'Everything was just perfect.'
