'Parking is difficult NO HANDICAP space provided. Long walk from lot. Room not clean, no opening window as reported on web site, climate control in room non functional, tv not working on arrival (resolved). Scenic setting, comfortable beds, quality towels. Staff attentive and friendly, grab n go area well stocked.'

'We loved our stay in this lovely apartment during our week in Mount Kisco. The well-stocked kitchen had all the essentials we needed (cookware, utensils, foil, paper towels, etc.) as we prepared breakfast and lunch there each day.We visited in January, and although it was cold outside, we were quite comfortable and warm inside.The bedroom was spacious and allowed plenty of room to unpack and settle in. 'We could not find location in dark and rain. Only given GPS info and no name of hotel or property. Once we arrived guard at guardhouse could not assist as we could not affirm name. When finally able to track down contact info for the vacation property company that listed the rental they had to share hotel front desk info and that’s when we learned name was Windrose On Hudson. Very stressful situation- enjoyed historical location. Great facility, not so great TV/streaming set-up… cable. '

'Our family from four different states was looking for a place welcoming to adults and children (over 10 years old). This property was perfect for us. The house was clean but also feels lived-in, which helped us be more comfortable using all of the rooms and the spacious kitchen. There were nooks and crannies for privacy. The kids enjoyed the yard, the adults enjoyed walking the grounds. We even had a star gazing night and got to see Comet Lemmon! '

'The phone in the room rang twice throughout the night before I just left it off the hook. Hair was in the shower. The indoor pool area was freezing and the painted floor was chipping and got all over you. Not to anyone’s fault but the fire alarm did also go off at 6:30am so that was three times I was woken up while staying in this hotel. '
