'The room was awful 😖'

'I came to Central Valley for a wedding and arrived after midnight to check-in. There is no one at the service desk to help to check in, instead there is a phone number on the door to call. I redialed the number for half an hour in a row before someone finally picked up. They send somebody in pajamas to the front desk to check me in. I went to the room which was just filthy and dusty. I wanted to complain to change the rooms but could not get a hold of anyone. The towels where damp, old, flinsy...

'Was goed hotel iets gedateerd verder oké. '

'This hotel is NOT what the foto's on the Expedia site shows!!! Hotel is very outdated, rooms aren dirty and poor. We stayed for one night but if I knew earlier I booked over. By check in there was nowbody in the very stuffy " reception". Door of the room wouldnt open or couldt locked. Floor very dirty. Curtains were canvases on a rack. According me they give themself a highrating on the site!! I recommend Expedia to remove this hotel. '

'With our initial room smelling of mildew, the second one was no better, the AC worked when it wanted to, mind you it was literally freezing temperatures the night we stayed. The light were inconsistent, through out the room, with outlets being painted over completely, so we only had one working outlet. The fridge in the room still had leftovers from previous visitors and who knows how long it actually was there for. The bathroom was a different beast the windows had glued on paper to cover it so...

'Prima accommodatie als je op doorreis bent naar New York. Binnen 20 minuten ben je bij een groot outlet centrum genaamd Central Valley. Enige minuut is dat het kaartje qua locatie niet klopt => de straat klopt wel, maar het nummer komt niet overeen met de pijl.'

'A good option for the price and its proximity to New York.'

'the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, T.V. was different from where I'm from, the access to where I was going was very good, the fee was reasonable, the parking was easy. Simply put, I was comfortable.'

'Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk service. The staff member repeatedly slammed the door, refused to answer basic questions, and stated she was “not in the mood” to assist us. When asked for a manager, she claimed she was the boss and refused to provide any management contact information. She also made inappropriate racist comments. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and a very disappointing experience.'

'Gedateerd hotel. Had de receptie nodig en wilde vanuit de kamer bellen met ze, telefoonkabel was doorgeknipt. Op zich verder wel schoon maar het is de prijs niet waard.'

'The room was not at all like the pictures. First room we were placed in was over a liquor store, which was not explained on expedia. The room smelled terrible. There was a hole in the wall, dead bugs smushed into the walls, cobwebs in the corners that tangled so far down. Went down to the front desk and asked for another room. The second room was just as bad. the door didnt open the whole way because the bed was in the way. Didn't feel safe enough to stay.'
