'We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

Also just a short walk from public transport to Manhattan - and the views across the Hudson (also whilst you're on the bus) are fabulous. Easy communication with the host, very clear instructions on how to get to the house. If only we could have stayed longer!'
