'We spent a long weekend at this comfortable and clean unit. It is conveniently located with a designated parking spot right outside the door. Only 2 exterior steps down to the private entrance worked out great for our older Labrador Retriever who has difficulty with steps these days. The layout works well with a separate bedroom and living room, connected by a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and small countertop oven unit (no cooktop). Bathroom is nice as well. 'We had a very pleasant stay in Terrytown. The studio has all you need and is situated in the center of the town, nearby the railway station. NYC within 40 minutes by train! But also in Terrytown and Sleepy Hollow you will find enough beautiful places to visit.Thanx! Jacolien and Robbert'

'This property gets a -1*, the apartment was beat up, awful odor, plastic glove stuck to shower tile. The furniture was awful, would not sit on couch, I even left my nice blanket there. The building smelled awful, dirty, low income housing. I am trying to get some compensation back 4 weeks later, keep getting run around. '
